Franklin (Benny) Norman, 58, of East Liverpool passed away Oct. 22, 2022.
He was born June 4, 1964 in Parkersburg, W.Va.
He was a housekeeper for East Liverpool City Hospital.
He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Duke; and a brother, Dale Mitchell.
Surviving are a son, Randy (Tiffany) Norman of East Liverpool; four grandchildren, Randy Jr., William, Edie and Cindy; a brother, Sam Norman of West Virginia and a sister, Brenda of West Virginia.
He is also survived by Cindy Weyand; Joy Norman; Tiffany and Chris Judge and children, Shiloh Noah and Tirzah; Joseph and Vicki Gamble and children, Aiden, Catherine, Justin, and Ashley; Matt and Brittany Rickerd and kids, Nakyah, Mia and Zachariah.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, Oct. 29, 2022, from 4 p.m. until time of funeral service at 6 p.m. at the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, W.Va.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Nixon Funeral Home to assist in expenses.
