EAST LIVERPOOL --Kay Clutter, 81 of East Liverpool, passed, Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born, June 8, 1941, in East Liverpool, she was the daughter of the late Ralph E. and Dorothy M. Martin Coleman.
Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Clutter, and her brother, Ralph Coleman.
She attended Church at the Salvation Army in East Liverpool.
Kay will be missed by her stepson, Thomas Clutter, and by her siblings, Mike Coleman of Houston, TX., Virginia Shawl of Calcutta, Marcia "Sue" Shroades of East Liverpool, Sherrie Bishop of Grand Prairie, TX., and Janet Yovanovich of Livonia, MI. and niece, Michelle St. George.
Private inurnment will be held at Columbiana County Memorial Park. Kay's arrangements were entrusted with the Arner Funeral Chapel.
