LISBON -- Janice L. Welling, 82, died Monday at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown. She was born June 12, 1940 in Amsterdam, Ohio, daughter of the late Lloyd D. and Ruth (Wilkin) Smith. Arrangements by Weber Funeral Home, Lisbon.
