Aubrianna Nichole McGonigal

EAST LIVERPOOL -- Aubrianna Nichole (Saracco) McGonigal, 32, of East Liverpool passed away Friday, Aug. 26, 2022, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital after having suffered two strokes. Aubrianna was a very loving and giving person. In her passing, she is saving the lives of others by being an organ donor.

Aubrianna was born June 27, 1990, in East Liverpool, the daughter of Steve and Heidi Saracco of Wellsburg, W.Va., and Kathie (Shields) and Douglas Barnhart of Wellsville. She recently located and bonded with her biological family, and she is also survived by her biological father, Tim Pancake and his wife, Susie, of Negley.

Aubrianna graduated from Wellsville High School in 2009. She was a homemaker and the most amazing Mama, wife, daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and friend. She enjoyed being a homeroom mom for her children's classes, and she loved her brothers and sisters fiercely. Aubrianna was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and was passionate about all things Disney and Christmas. She loved to travel, and some of her favorite memories were of their epic family vacations. She was a member of Wellsville First Christian Church.

In addition to her parents, Aubrianna is survived by her husband, William "Bill" McGonigal, whom she married Dec. 14, 2013; three beautiful children, Alanna, Ryker and Alaska McGonigal, all at home; three sisters, Devonie Saracco of Wellsville, Annalee Pancake and Miranda Pancake; and seven brothers, Damien (Elizabeth) Saracco of Wellsville, Shane (Trachele) Barnhart of Wellsville, Timmy Pancake, Johnny Pancake, Joey Pancake, Jesse Pancake and Travis Pancake. Also surviving is her maternal grandfather, William H. Shields; and her lifelong best friend, Brittany Bissell, and the extended family she gained from that friendship.

Aubrianna was preceded in death by her grandparents Geraldine Shields, Jim and Jean Saracco, and Dale and Catherine Barnhart.

The funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 2, 2022, at the Roberts Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Blakeley of the church officiating.

Family and friends may call from 2 to 6 p.m. on Friday at the Roberts Funeral Home, 631 Main St. in Wellsville.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Roberts Funeral Home to assist with funeral expenses.
