EAST LIVERPOOL -- Winifred M. Dailey, 86, of East Liverpool, passed away July 27, 2022.
Born November 2, 1935 in East Liverpool, Ohio, the daughter of the late Charles and Ethleen (Fryatt) Elliott.
Mrs. Dailey was a member of the LaCroft Nazarene Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Dailey and a brother, Charles Elliott.
Surviving are two sons, David Dailey Jr.(Julie Hobbs) of East Liverpool and Dan (Marivic) Dailey of East Liverpool; two grandsons, Charles Tarnovich of Wellsville and Darren Dailey of East Liverpool; a brother, William Elliott; and three sisters, Ruth Bulmer, Jeanette Lawson and Suzanne Smith.
Private arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home.
