EAST LIVERPOOL - Sally Jo Goddard, 62, of St. George Street, East Liverpool, passed away suddenly Saturday morning, July 9, 2022, at her home.
Born in East Liverpool, December 31, 1959, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Phyllis Jean Donahue Smith. A lifetime area resident, she was a graduate of Wellsville High School Class of 1979. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her fiance Bill Shuman. She also leaves a brother, Dennis Smith of East Liverpool, and two sisters, Joannie Jones and Vonda Vega, both of Austin, Texas.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded by three brothers: Steven M. Smith, Charles L. Smith and Floyd Freeman.
According to Sally's wishes there will be no visitation. A private family service will be held at a later date.
Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery.
