CHESTER, W.Va. -- Roberta Lee "Bobbie" Campbell, 51, of Chester died Thursday at Weirton Medical Center following a courageous battle with cancer. Born Aug. 13, 1970, in Aliquippa, Pa., she was the daughter of Joan Atkins Covert of East Liverpool and Tom Covert of East Liverpool. She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
