EAST PALESTINE -- Richard R. "Dick" McElroy, died Saturday. He was born on June 11, 1952 in Salem, son of the late Robert and Wilma "Jean" Bacon McElroy. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Va Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home.
