Jacqueline C. Sachs

Jackie was born in Stratton, Ohio on September 17, 1927 to Curtis and Wanda (Dunlap) Henry. She lived in the area for most of her life. She enjoyed reading, baking, knitting, and quilting. She enjoyed her life taking care of her family and spending time with her late husband, Richard Sachs, to whom she was married for 48 loving years. Jackie was a woman of good faith and would attend Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Parish in East Liverpool.

In addition to her parents and husband, Jackie is predeceased by her daughter, Pamela Williams, and her granddaughter, Melinda Diamond, and her friend and companion, Bill Williams.

She is survived by her daughters Kathy (Scott) Bowyer of East Liverpool and Melanie (Steven) Thomson of Massillon, as well as her son Richard (Vicki) Sachs of East Liverpool. She also leaves behind twelve grandchildren, Matthew (Courtney) Diamond, Ashley (Tom) Buckius, Scott Alan Bowyer, Adam Bowyer, Erik (Brittany) Bowyer, Rachel (Nate) Smith, Richard (Kelly) Sachs, Michael (Courtney) Sachs, Jaclyn Thomson, Kurtis Thomson, and Colleen Thomson, as well as nineteen great grand children and one great great grandchild. One sister, Diana Soloman, of Culver City, Ca. and numerous nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been handled by the Calcutta Chapel of Care Funeral Funeral and Cremation Specialist.
