SALEM -- Walter George Best, 80, formerly of Lisbon, died Tuesday at Salem West Nursing and Rehabilitation following a recent illness. He was born April 16, 1942 in Salem, a son of George and Hazel (Barkley) Best. The Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
