EAST LIVERPOOL — James V. Sprout, 43, of East Liverpool, died Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown. Born December 29, 1978, in Yuma, AZ., he was the son of Patricia Hawkins Lawrence and the late Anthony Sprout. He is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
