GEORGETOWN, S.C. – James "Ellwood" Jenkins, 87, of Georgetown, S.C., died Monday at his daughter's home in Lexington, SC. He was born June 13, 1934, in McDowell, W.Va., the son of Sterling and Juanita (Holland) Jenkins. The Roberts Funeral Home, Wellsville, is handling arrangements.
