EAST LIVERPOOL -- Delores G. "Dee" Lockhart, 76, of East Liverpool, passed, Thursday, March 10, 2022, at Valley Hospice Care Center in Steubenville.
Born, March 9, 1946, in East Liverpool, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Cecile Maxwell Townley.
She was also preceded in death by her stepfather, Dan Brand; sister, Alice Plant, Nancy Temple and brothers, Donald Galloway, Joh Townley, and William Townley.
Dee enjoyed gambling, crocheting, and baking. Although her greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by her children, Danny Brand of East Liverpool, Brenda Crisco of TN., Ruthann Kirksey-Warren and her husband Anthony of East Liverpool and Paula Birch of TN.; sister, Carol Kidder of East Liverpool. She will also be missed by her 19 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Pastor Dirk Hall will celebrate Dee's life, Thursday, March 17, 2022, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at 6 p.m. Friends may visit her family, 2 hours prior to the service from 4 – 6 p.m. Private interment will be held at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
