Carol A. Shreve, 74, of Salem, Ohio, formerly of East Liverpool, passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Circle of Care Assisted Living in Salem. Carol was born in East Liverpool on October 9, 1947, the daughter of the late Delbert Hull Jr and Rose Marie Dailey Hull. She attended East Liverpool Schools and lived in the area her entire life.
Carol was a loving lady who shared her kindness with those around her. The only thing more sweet than her was the chocolate that she loved so much. Although she enjoyed anything sweet, Hershey candies was her go to. Above anything else, Carol loved her family. She could often be heard talking about her beautiful children and grandchildren. They made her proud and completely fulfilled her life. She enjoyed her time with them and looked forward to every visit.
Left behind to cherish her memory are: her children, Jimmy (Joann Matheny) Shreve, of Lisbon, Candy (Lee) Manley, of East Liverpool, and Carol (Ted) Brown, of Pulask, NY; eight grandchildren: Sierra, Jordan, Brandon, David, Courtney, Robert, Amanda, and Sheyanne; 13 great-grandchildren: Christian, Haylee, Jackson, Aidian, Shelby, Chloe, Xavior, Izik, Ethan, Daysin, Taylor, Riley, and Logan; her siblings: Kenny (Linda) Hull, of Chester, Fred (Brenda) Hull, of East Liverpool, Cathy (Shane) Bachelor, of East Liverpool, and Wanda (Pete) Woodyard, of East Liverpool. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 12 -2 PM and from 6 -8 PM at Care Funeral & Cremation Specialists- Martin Chapel in Calcutta. The funeral service will take place on Thursday at 12 PM with visitation from 10 AM until service time. Carol will be laid to rest at Calcutta Cemetery.
