EAST LIVERPOOL -- Robert Allen Shafer, 46, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away January 30, 2022.
Born January 10, 1976 in Steubenville, Ohio, he was the son of the late Wilbert and Wilda (Whitaker) Shafer.
Surviving are his son, Kegon Shafer of East Liverpool; a grandson, Maddox; and a grandbaby on the way; two brothers, Roland Shafer of Wellsville and Rick (Diane) Shafer of Hammondsville; a sister, Judy (Wayne) Colbert of Tennessee; and also by Shaun Dapollonia; and by his canine companion, Milo.
Private visitation will be handled by the Nixon Funeral Home.
