Malcolm Rudder, 86, of New Cumberland, passed Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, following a lengthy illness. He was born January 18, 1936 in Stratton, Ohio.
He worked for many years at CMHA until his retirement in 1991. Malcolm enjoyed fishing and he was an avid Cleveland Browns, Ohio State Buckeyes and WWE fan.
Malcolm is survived by his loving wife, Naomi McCune Rudder, whom he married February 14, 1989. He will be missed by his sons, Malcolm Rudder Jr. (Diane) of East Liverpool, Larry Rudder (Bobbi) of Chester; daughters, Karen "Sue" DeLauder (Steve) of Lisbon and Darlene Shenton of East Liverpool, and Cindy Rudder of East Liverpool; stepchildren, Charles Morgan Jr. (Linda) of Florida, Candy Marshall of Wellsville and Caron Morgan of New Cumberland; several grandchildren, Great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He will also be missed by many nieces and nephews.
Malcolm was preceded in death by his children, Roger Rudder, Charlotte Rudder; stepchildren, Craig Morgan and Christine Peterson; siblings, Phyliss Ann Smith, Shirley Farnsworth, Harriet Myers, and Rose Marie Kent.
Pastor Dirk Hall will celebrate Malcolm's life, Monday, February 21, 2022, at Arner Funeral Chapel at 5 PM. Friends may visit with his family before the service, from 2 to 5 PM.
