Born, March 3, 1971, in Weirton, he was the son of the late Bonnie Riggs.
Chris was a graduate of Oak Glen High School Class of 1990. He worked for many years as a truck driver.
Chris had a fun-loving personality and a great sense of humor. He was artistic, free-spirited, and strong-willed. He enjoyed visiting the beach, reading, riding motorcycles, and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
He will be deeply missed by his children, Dea Riggs, Paige Riggs, Savina Riggs, Alexa Bouyoucas, and Leah Riggs. He will also be missed by his grandchildren, Gavin Blakeley, Jenna Blakeley, and Alaina Lyons; many aunts, uncles, and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 25, 2022, at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester, from 4 to -6 PM.
