EAST LIVERPOOL -- Alice Talbert, 75 of East Liverpool passed away at home on Friday February 18 2022. Alice was born December 24, 1946 in East Liverpool to the late Jack Menough and Maxine McDowell Menough. She also was preceded in death by her step brother Joseph Tenley. Alice was a homemaker.
Alice married her husband Arthur Ray Talbert on August 27, 1980. She is survived by four daughters. Patricia Adkins, Debra (Thomas) Dalrymple, Cindy Dalrymple all of Wellsville and Dawn Adkins of East Liverpool. She had 15 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren all whom she loved very much. Alice had step son Arthur (Stephanie) Talbert of East Liverpool and step daughter Correna (Troy) Strein of Iowa. Alice is also survived by her sister Antonette (Chuck) Culp of Florida brothers Don Menough of Texas and Jack (Carolyn) Menough of East Liverpool.
Alice was a member of the Orioles, Potters Club and the moose. Alice will be missed by her family and Friends.
