WELLSVILLE -- Shelley Ann "Shell" Rugar, 30, of Wellsville, earned her wings, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born, September 29, 1991, in Haverhill, MA., she was a daughter of Joseph and Jodi Brant Rugar of Wellsville.
She was also preceded in death by her, Brother, Richard Ronald Bianco III.
She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
