EAST LIVERPOOL -- Ronald "Ron" E. Pease Sr., 84, of Calcutta, passed, Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at East Liverpool City Hospital, following a brief illness.
Born, October 6, 1937, in Calcutta, he was a son of the late Harry and Margaret Beiling Pease.
Ron was also preceded in death by his brothers, Harry Pease III, Glenn Pease, William Pease and Joseph Pease.
Ron was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1955. He worked at the former Crucible Steel until it's closure and he later retired from Whemco.
Ron was a member of the First Church of Christ Disciples in East Liverpool.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 65 years, Betty Reckner Pease; sons, Ronald Pease Jr. and his wife Christy and Donald Pease all of East Liverpool; daughters, Shelly Trimble and her husband, Burt of East Liverpool and Nancy Pease (Jim Sorace) of Moon Township; brother, Jack Pease of Calcutta; grandchildren, Ashtin Liggett (Jarred), Abigail Waggoner (Michael), Seth Trimble (Ashley), Olivia Trimble, Natalie Pease and Zachariah Pease and nine great-grandchildren.
Rev. Willard "Chuck" Adkins will celebrate Ron's life, Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at 2:00 p.m. Friends may visit with his family two hours prior to the service from noon-2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to First Church of Christ Disciples, 400 College St, East Liverpool, OH 43920. The family request that all guest attending, please wear a mask.
