Deborah A. Randolph, loving mother, grandmother and friend, 61, of East Liverpool, passed away, Monday, January 24, 2022, at Allegheny General Hospital, following a lengthy illness.
Born, February 27, 1960, in Midland, PA, she was the daughter of the late Bobby and Dolly Smith. She was also preceded in death by her brother, William Tullis.
Deb loved people. She was honest, kind, and always treated everyone as her own family. Her greatest blessings in life were her children and grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by her children, Darrin Randolph, Matthew Randolph, Shane Randolph (Krystan Chappell), Melissa Randolph (Robert Wright) and Shanda Randolph all of East Liverpool; husband, David Randolph Jr.; grandchildren, MaKayla, Caden, Austin, Gage, Gracee, Alexis, Brianna, Myah, Paige, Karis, Bella, Kimmee, RJ, Rylen, Braylen, Alexandria, Aubrey and Harmony.
We will celebrate Deb's life, Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at 5 p.m. Friends may visit her family two hours prior to the service from 2 – 5 p.m.
