BRUSH CREEK TOWNSHIP -- Ruth E. Brown, 90, of County Highway 55, died at 1:08 p.m. Saturday at her home. He was born Aug. 28, 1931 in Monroeville, Ohio, a daughter of the late Delmar and Olive (Rose) Detchon. Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
