EAST LIVERPOOL - Rick I. Frame, Sr., of East Liverpool, passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown with his family by his side. He was 73.
He was born in Detroit, Michigan, April 18, 1948, a son of the late Ivan and Wilma Jean Cowdery Frame. A resident of this area most of his life, he worked as a truck driver and was most recently associated with KLLM Trucking. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Sharyn A. Frame, at home. The couple married January 21, 1983. He is also survived by his children, Mary Jane Frame, Rick Frame, Jr., Michelle Frame, and Brian Frame, a stepdaughter, Starlyn Cianni and her husband, John, of Lisbon, and a stepson, Michael L. Loy, Jr. of East Liverpool, Granddaughters, Sunshine Burley, Bethany Cianni, Maddison Loy, and Raegan Loy, grandson Michael Loy III as well as many great-grandchildren. In addition, he leaves a sister, Ruth Allison of Negley, and a brother, Phillip Frame and his wife, Debbie, of East Liverpool, as well as several stepbrothers and stepsisters.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, January 7, 2022, at the Dawson Funeral Home.
