EAST LIVERPOOL -- Patricia "Patty" Ann Tice, 71, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away December 19, 2021.
Born April 21, 1950 in Weirton, WV, she was the daughter of Helen (Koch) Andrews of New Cumberland and the Late Lawrence Andrews.
Patricia formerly worked as a Transport Aide for Weirton Medical Center. She attended the New Cumberland Nazarene Church. Patty's love of baking started out at Helen's Pie Shop, she was known for her famous Lady Locks.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a great-grandchild, Aidyn and a sister, Peggy Ritchie.
Besides her mother, left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Michelle (Todd) McAllister of Wintersville and Mindy (Bruce) Puskarich of New Cumberland; two sons, Martin (Jill) Swan of New Cumberland and Keith (Rochelle) Moore of Colliers; eight grandchildren, Tyler, Dakota, Little Rex, Kayleigh, Brandon, Briston, Bryon and Kayla; four great-grandchildren, Gavyn, Teagan, Avery and Elza;and four brothers, Tom (Judy) Andrews of Chester ,Dave (Joyce) Andrews of New Cumberland; John Andrews of New Cumberland and Shane Andrews of Florida.
Visitation is Wednesday, December 22, 2021, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home, New Cumberland, WV., Where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 23, 2021. Interment will follow in New Cumberland Cemetery.
