LISBON -- Kenneth E. Bettis, 94, of North Jefferson Street, died at 10:35 a.m. Friday at the Salem Regional Medical Center. He was born Aug. 27, 1927 in Salineville, a son of the late John W. and Lucille (Allmon) Bettis. Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
