Born, January 6, 1952, in Steubenville, he was a son of Ronald and Sara Cunningham Bondo of New Cumberland.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Jo Carper, and by his brother, James Carper.
He is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
