HANOVERTON -- Vouda Margarette Lacey, 86, died at 7:40 p.m. Saturday at Andover Village Nursing and Rehabilitation following a recent illness. She was born Jan. 13, 1935 in Jenkins, Kentucky to the late Thurman and Dollie Dimples (Robbins) Jenkins. The Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home is assisting the family.
