EAST LIVERPOOL -- Rosella A. Lockwood, 68, of East Liverpool, passed, Thursday, November 11, 2021, at East Liverpool City Hospital, due to complications with COVID-19.
Born, December 2, 1952, n East Liverpool, she as the daughter of the late William and Gertrude Chisler Rayl.
She attended East Liverpool High School. Rosella was a Christian by faith, she enjoyed watching the birds and western movies. Although her greatest joy in life was spending time with her grandchildren.
She will be deeply missed by her son, Jamie Posey and is wife, Pearl of East Liverpool; daughters, Tasha Bott and her husband, Howard of Wellsville and Billie Foster, and her husband, Dean Foster of Salem, and sister, Mary White of Arizona. She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Madalyn Posey, Howard Bott III, Tayla Bott, Jayson Bott, Joseph Murner, Tommy Murner and Jonathan Murner.
Pastor James Massie will celebrate Rosella's life, Sunday, November 14, 2021, at the Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester, at 3 p.m. Friends may visit her family at the funeral home, Saturday, November 13, 2021, from 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 8 p.m.
