EAST PALESTINE -- Carolyn Marie Blake, 71, of East Palestine died Tuesday at East Liverpool City Hospital. Born May 10, 1950 in Cameron, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Forrest and Jane Swann Dunn. She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
