EAST LIVERPOOL -- Alice P. Starkey, 80 of East Liverpool, died November 10, 2021 in Weirton Medical Center. Born July 27, 1941, in Rochester, PA, a daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Hunter Leport.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Robert "Bob" Starkey, and her brothers and sisters.
She leaves behind her daughter and son-in-law; Robin and Corey McKinnon, grandsons; Brett Rodgers and Troy McKinnon, and a great-grandson Skylis McKinnon.
Friends will be received Sunday from 2 p.m. until the time of service at 5 p.m. in the D. L. Williams Funeral Home, 848 Midland Ave., Midland, PA.
Private internment will take place in Shadow Lawn Memorial Gardens, Newell, WV.
