EAST LIVERPOOL -- Terry A. Coulter, 53, of East Liverpool passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021 at East Liverpool City Hospital.
Terry was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on December 2, 1967 a son of the late James C. and Eleanor J. (Goff) Coulter. He worked at Homer Laughlin then at Mountaineer Racetrack and Casino.
Preceding Terry in death were his brother Charles W. Coulter; brother-in-law Dale Hissom; nephew Scott Starkey and good friend Jack Tennant.
Left to cherish his memory are his son Justin Kendall and his fiancee Melody Harrington of Wellsville; two grandchildren Adrian and Jaden Kendall; two sisters Donna Hissom of East Liverpool and Dianna Starkey and her husband Brian of East Liverpool; longtime companion Glenda Haught; two nieces Brandy Bailey and Brittany Farnsworth and nephew Michael Hissom.
Friends may visit at the Dawson Funeral Home on Saturday where the family will be present from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Rev. Chad Kendall will conduct a service on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial at Columbiana County Memorial Park.
