CHESTER -- June Rose Seals, 90, of Chester, died at her home on Saturday. Born, June 29, 1931, in Harrisburg, PA., she was the daughter of the late Zeb and Jessie Alltop Allman. She is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
