BEAVER -- David "Mike" Shaw, 58, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, was reunited with his parents and sister, Monday, October 25, 2021, at Heritage Valley Beaver, due to complications from COVID-19.
Born, April 2, 1963, in East Liverpool, he was the son of the late Ralph and Ellen Barrett Shaw.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Deborah Duncan.
Mike was a graduate of East Liverpool High School Class of 1981. He was formerly employed at Sterling China Company, and he was most recently employed by Graham Packaging in Newell.
Mike enjoyed being outdoors, especially fishing and hunting. He had a great affinity for sitting in "his chair" but Mike's greatest joy in life was spending time with his family.
He will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 36 years, Cheryl Black Shaw; children, Sarah Hinton and her husband, Jeremy, Noah Shaw and Olivia Shaw all of East Liverpool; brothers, Ralph Shaw and his wife, Sandy and Paul Shaw and his wife, Jodi all of East Liverpool. He will also be missed by his granddaughters, Jalynn and Shealyn and many nieces and nephews.
John Smith will celebrate Mike's life, Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Arner Funeral Chapel, at 11 a.m. Friends may visit with his family, Friday, October 29, 2021, from 4 – 8 p.m.
