Robert Riggs, 76, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away September 7, 2021.
Born in Weirton, WV on June 30, 1945, he was the son of the late Therman and Evelyn (Clutter) Riggs.
Robert proudly served in the United States Army. He was retired from Airco Welding. He was a member of the East Liverpool American Legion and he attended the Virginia Ave Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Therman Riggs and Mark Brewer.
Surviving are his wife, Grace (Ring) Riggs of East Liverpool.; a son, Robert (Mary) Riggs of East Liverpool; five grandchildren, Hunter, Christian, Anna, Willa and Robert.
Private arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
