Casey Klimasauskas

HARMONY, Pa. -- Casey Klimasauskas, of Harmony, Pennsylvania, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021, at UPMC Passavant.

Born in Waterbury, Connecticut, August 25, 1951, he was a son of the late Casimir and Celestine Klimasauskas. A graduate of the California Institute of Technology, he was a computer engineer and entrepreneur. Along with his wife, Jane, Casey developed and owned NeuralWare Inc. until its sale to Aspen Tech in 1997. Since that time, he has worked as a consultant with the Klimasauskas Group. An innovator, Casey was well respected in the industry and held several U.S. Patents. He was a member of the Calvin Presbyterian Church in Harmony.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Jane Klimasauskas. He also leaves two daughters, Aimee Karcher of East Liverpool, and Michelle Rockenhauser and her husband, Peter, of Hammondsville. There are six grandchildren: Norman III and his wife Christine, Troy and his wife Alissa, Nathan and his wife Ashley, Gabrielle, Stella-Ruby, and Peter. There are 11 great-grandchildren: Jenason, Norman IV, Madison, Lillian, Payton, Hayden, Chloe, Mason, Oliveah, and Amelia.

He also leaves two sisters: Dianna and Kathleen. Two brothers: Edward and DJ. One cousin: David. Nieces and nephews: Anthony, CJ, Christopher, Jessyca, Justin, Leia, and Luke and their families.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Christine Karcher, and a brother, Gerald.

A private family service will be held at the Dawson Funeral Home.
