John "Levi" Felton, 45, of Wheeling, WV, passed away August 4, 2021, while surrounded by his family after a lengthy illness.
Levi was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on September 7, 1975, he was the loving son, of Ruth Lemasters (William) Williams of East Liverpool and the late John Felton.
He was a Roofer by trade. Levi had compassion and love for the outdoors. He enjoyed spending time constructing and playing dinosaurs with his son and hunting for antiques. He would spend his days off from work looking for Big Foot. Levi had the kindest soul that would make everyone laugh. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. "GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN."
Along with his mother, surviving are his wife Hillary (Wooster) Felton of Wheeling; a son, Lake Felton of Wheeling; a daughter, Kia Blake (Jeremy) of Martins Ferry; three step-children, Joey and Kelsea Willis of Salineville and Holly Gowin of Salineville; a grandson, Lennox; two sisters, Heather Galloway of Martins Ferry and Heidi Boals of Ohio; a stepbrother, Ryan Williams of East Liverpool; nephews and nieces, Anthony, Zachery, Will, Savanna and Emmi; and great-nephews and niece, Anthony, Zayden and Zaylee.
Private arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home.
