NEW CUMBERLAND -- Ernest R. Walker, 91, of New Cumberland died Thursday at Stone Pear Pavilion in Chester. Born, February 18, 1930, in Wick, WV., he was a son of the late, Vernon and Ruby Stevens Walker. He is in the care of the Arner Funeral Chapel.
