EAST LIVERPOOL -- James R. Franczek, 61, of East Liverpool, Ohio, passed away Monday, Mar. 9, 2020, after a battle with cancer.
He was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on Jan. 30, 1959, a son of the late John and Thelma (Theiss) Franczek.
James was a graduate of Oak Glen High School. He served in the United States Marine Corps. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a twin brother, Jeffrey Franczek.
Surviving are his son, Shawn Franczek of Chester; two sisters, Pixie "Anna" Hapach of Chester and Lisa Sandy of East Liverpool; and a brother, John (Amy) Franczek of Ohio.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were handled by the Nixon Funeral Home, Newell, WV.
