William Kindle Jr., 81

Born in Wellsville on Oct.10, 1936, he was the son of the late William and Bertha (Thornhill) Kindle.

Mr. Kindle was a retired security guard from Allied Security. He was a member of the Rogers Church of Jesus Christ.

He was preceded in death by an infant sister; a granddaughter, Kathryn; and a brother, Robert Kindle.

Surviving are his wife, Maureen (Young) Kindle of East Liverpool; three daughters, Stella (Doug) Daugherty of North Carolina, Kathy Kindle of East Liverpool and Maureen (Robert) Kane of East Liverpool; two sons, William R. (Cassie) Kindle of South Carolina and Timothy R. Kindle of Leetonia; eight grandchildren, Leanne, Billy, Brittany, Dylan, Jacob, Jack, Alexander and Ricky; two great-grandchildren, Schuylar and Kindle; a brother, Ronald Kindle of Chester; a sister, Sally Long of East Liverpool; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Kindle of Georgia.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 30, 2018, from noon until time of funeral services at 2 p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home in Newell, W.Va.

Interment will follow in Longs Run Cemetery, East Liverpool.
