EAST LIVERPOOL -- Ransom Palmer, son of Gary and Lisa Palmer of East Liverpool, graduated in May from The Ohio State University with a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in finance.
He is a graduate of the Media Marketing and Communications Scholars Program at OSU.
While at OSU, he was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity; the Dean's Leadership Academy; risk management chair for Building People Through Movement Club in 2017-18; and served as treasurer of the Brutus Brigade in 2018-19 and president in 2019-20.
He was an accounting intern for Hill International Trucks during the summer of 2018 and was a finance intern for the Ford Motor Co. in the summer of 2019.
He is a 2016 graduate of East Liverpool High School and was valedictorian of his class.
He is beginning employment with Ford Motor Co. in Dearborn, Mich., as a Financial Analyst this fall.
