Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, charges against an East Palestine man accused of breaking into a village business have been bound over to the grand jury. Andrew Frederick Freed, 19, Hadley Road, is charged with breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools, both fifth-degree felonies, for allegedly forcing entry at a North Market Street business June 15 and removing several items from the shelves. Sheriff’s Office — Deputies responded to the area of Yeager Drive and state Route 267 at 5:07 a.m. Saturday in reference to a teenager walking down the road, but were unable to find the person in question. — A deputy responded to a Glasgow Road, Madison Township, home at 12:32 a.m. Saturday to complete a missing person report in reference to the resident’s son who is having a mental episode and has made recent threats against his own life. — A deputy served a protection order at an East Third Street, East Liverpool, residence at 6:44 a.m. June 17.
St. Clair Township — Officers on patrol observed a male pushing a TJ Maxx shopping car on Dresden Avenue on June 9 and questioned the male who said he was digging through dumpsters and had food he was taking home.
