Sheriff’s Office — A deputy responded to Grant Street, Center Township, at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday for a report of threats by a neighbor. The caller reported the other woman was harassing her, saying she was a demon, screaming and stomping around in the upstairs apartment. While the deputy was talking to the caller, the woman was yelling out the window.
