Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a preliminary hearing was set Aug. 4 for George Faulkner Jr., 38, Prospect Street, Salem, charged with receiving stolen property, a third-degree felony, for allegedly possessing a stolen Jeep in Perry Township.
