Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a man who was found hiding in the attic insulation of a woman who had a protection order against him on Aug. 4 and tried contacting her again four days later was sentenced to 71 days in the county jail. Liverpool Township — An officer on his way to work on July 31 came across a single-vehicle crash on Lisbon Street. Another officer and the police chief arrived on the scene where the vehicle had wrecked into a telephone pole and split it at the base. The unnamed male told the officers that he lost control of his vehicle and spun 180 degrees.
