Sheriff Reports — Deputies responded to state Route 45 in Wellsville for a domestic dispute at 1:46 a.m. Tuesday. Upon arrival, deputies spoke to a woman who advised that Ronald Knight, 51, state Route 45, Wellsville, struck her in the face several times and spit on her. Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Lillian Simms, 24, Prospect Street, Salem, were bound over to the county grand jury for fourth-degree felony burglary and misdemeanor disorderly conduct for allegedly entering her former apartment the day after she was evicted by going through a back window on Aug. 19 in Perry Township. Municipal Travis Whaley, 54, last known address Hillview Drive, Hanoverton, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 90 days suspended and credit for 28 days serving, leaving a balance of 62 days still to serve in jail for domestic violence.
