East Liverpool —After receiving a complaint on Oct. 29 that Joseph Mason was leaning on a pole appearing to be under the influence of something outside Nikki’s Market, Dresden Avenue, officers went to check on him. As officers were leaving the station, dispatch told them there was an active warrant for Mason out of the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office. Columbiana County Common Pleas Court Judge Megan Bickerton denied the motion to suppress filed by counsel for Melissa J. Hill, 54, Enon Valley, finding the search of her vehicle was proper.
