Municipal Travis Whaley, 54, last known address Hillview Drive, Hanoverton, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 90 days suspended and credit for 28 days serving, leaving a balance of 62 days still to serve in jail for domestic violence. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service and to have no contact with the victim. Whaley slammed a woman on the floor of a Hanoverton residence on July 23.
