Sheriff Reports — A deputy responded at 5:36 p.m. Sunday to Laughlin Road, Wayne Township for an alarm drop and found all doors and windows of the residence secure. — A medical was reported at 4:05 p.m. Sept. 18 in the area of state Route 164, Center Township, with a deputy providing medical aid until EMS arrived on the scene and took over. Municipal LISBON — Ashley M. Shuman, 43, Alba Avenue, Chester, was fined $400 and sentenced to 140 days in jail with 138 suspended, two years of probation and 50 hours of community service for possession of a drug abuse instrument, and drug paraphernalia recently in Columbiana County Municipal Court. Shuman lived at a Broomfield Avenue residence which was the location of a brief police standoff between Greg Dailey and the St. Clair Police Department on June 26.
