Municipal LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, cases against Avery D. Lee, 40, Pritchard Avenue, Lisbon, were bound over to the county grand jury for third-degree felony strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence for allegedly putting a woman in a headlock causing her to suffocate on Feb. 26 in Lisbon.
