Court News LISBON — A man accused of using force or the threat of force during the theft of a utility vehicle entered guilty pleas recently in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court. Joshua E. Houston, 46, Canton, pleaded guilty to robbery, a third-degree felony, and grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, with sentencing set for July 10.
